things to keep in mind before commissioning
Toyhou.se, Bluesky, VGen and Discord are the best place to message me as I check those platforms often.
Design / Adopt Terms:
‣ Always credit the design to me; do not claim it as your own.
‣ Do not bid if you aren't sure/able to pay.
‣ Do not delete your comment on a bid chain.
‣ Once purchased, you are free to make any edits—both minor and major—to the design.
‣ Do not delete my designs from Toyhouse.
‣ If your Toyhouse is set to “authorized only,” please authorize me so I can view my design.
‣ You may only resell designs for the total value you've invested (original price + commissions/trades).
‣ Vouchers are OK, but worth cannot be added if vouched.
Price / Payment Info:
Full/Partial payment (upon discussion) has to be sent upfront
Prices listed are for personal and streaming purposes. Commercial use (printing/selling) costs an additional 50% of the total price.
Revisions:
Sketch phase: Free, unlimited revisions.
Line art phase & beyond: No major changes like pose, setting etc. Smaller changes like color, missing features and accessories are allowed.
Deadlines and Delivery:
Turnaround time is typically 1 week to 1 month, depending on complexity.If you have a strict deadline, please mention it in the order form—otherwise, I will work at my usual pace.
Refunds:
I do not offer refunds once the line art phase has begun. If you approve the sketch and I move forward with the illustration, refunds will no longer be available. However, refunds are allowed if I haven’t started your commission yet or if you’re unhappy with the sketch.Copyright / Usage Policy:
As the artist, I have the right to:
Post the artwork on my platforms (with credit). Use the artwork for self-promotion (with credit). Include the piece in my portfolio. Make exceptions for private commissions (e.g., for a debut) upon request.As the client, you are allowed to:
Use the artwork on streams (e.g., emotes, alerts, overlays). Repost the artwork on other platforms with proper credit to me. Print the artwork for personal use (e.g., stickers, posters), as long as it is not for profit. Use the artwork as a profile picture.
You are NOT allowed to:
Use the artwork for commercial purposes (selling, reproducing) unless commercial rights are purchased. Use my artwork for NFTs or AI training.
Portrait - $40
Usually from the neck or torso up, but it can include limbs, props or background elements.
Half body - $60
Drawing from the waist up, can go a bit lower if the composition asks for it.
Full body - $80
Drawing shows the character in its entirety, or at least 90% of it.
Pocket-sized - $15

Complex / ornate background: +$20
Additional character: +100% of the original price
Designing a custom outfit for an oc based on moodboard/reference pics +10$
Commercial use (Merchandise / ads / print): +50% of the original price
